21/01/2010 - 23/01/2010 - Four Pillars Internal Awards Show
Was good to see the guys from audiomsg again, and even better to be working at the Four Pillars hotel just 30 minutes from home.
This was a nice little job for the hotel chains internal award show in a marquee nested in a court yard. We put in a truss with a couple of Robe575 spots and a load of LED ParCans and a few fresnels and Source4's for stage lighting.
Once the leaking marquee roof was fixed it was all plain sailing. |

Well the snow has finally cleared enough that there is no longer any valid excuse for avoid working, so I headed of to Avolites to spend a day playing with their Tiger Touch and I can say they have been working very hard indeed and things are looking very good. |

Back to Dubai for 10 days to finish the year off. This time looking after the lighting design for several award shows ranging from the Massala awards through to Middle East Car Awards.

Spent a day down in Bristol with the guys from ngm looking into mains and dimmers. Was great to go back and meet some new people as well as catching up with the old faces. |

Popped up to Glasgow with Danny from Spirit Design to put a nice little rig into an old church for an O2 award show.
Other than the cold weather all went to plan. |

Working with Nick Knowles and Steve Major from Spirit Design to put a small conference into the Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon. |

12/11/2009 - 16/11/2009 - Heather Small Tour
Went back out on the Heather Small tour and looked after the first few shows while Greg Szabo was otherwise engaged.
Was really good to see all the old gang and spend a bit of time catching up over a few drinks. |

Just spent a bit of time out in Dubai with 3db looking after the lighting design for a whole raft of conferences, award shows, gala dinners and fashion shows. |

21/09/2009 - 23/09/2009 - Fashion East
Working for Entec at in the Dead House underneath Somerset House to put in the lighting for a catwalk show and several fashion installations. A pretty simple job all in all just a matter of pigeon and rat poo and asbestos pipes to contend with then it was all plain sailing. |
